Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
a. You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. b. The clothing or snowboard item you received does not fit as expected, and you wish to exchange it for a different size. c. You have changed your mind about your purchase and want to return the product in its original, unused condition.
2. Return Period
You must initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date. Beyond this period, we may not be able to process your return.
3. Return Process

4. Return Conditions
a. Clothing and snowboard items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. b. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned with the product. c. For snowboards, please ensure that the bindings and any accessories are returned in their original condition. d. Footwear and clothing items must be free of visible wear and tear. e. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized. f. Returns for reasons of change of mind will incur a return shipping fee.
5. Return Approval
Our team will review your return request. If the request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with further instructions for shipping the item back to us.
6. Return Shipping
a. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. b. We recommend using a reliable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item. c. Please include the RA number and a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
7. Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return as follows:
a. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may choose to receive a refund or a replacement at no additional cost. b. If the return is due to a change of mind, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus any applicable return shipping fees.
8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
